I recently held Strategy Session for Kelly Parker and Emily Ackerman for their Chicago Home Collective (CHC) Team.
Kelly founded CHC in 2015 and this top-producing team sold over 50 million dollars in Chicago real estate in 2021!
The focus of the workshop was to do a 2022 vision and strategy session where Kelly would announce her transition from full-time CEO role to growing her coaching practice.
