Retreat Location
The Italian Alps poses beauty, wonder, and magic, unlike any other part of our planet.
The stunning Alpine mountains, vistas, villages, and lakes, will instantly invite you to slow down and reconnect to nature, your most authentic self, and your desire to use your one precious life to do epic shit.
This retreat is an opportunity to step away from the hustle, place your body + spirit in the exact mountain town Angela relied on to heal her body + spirit after she sold her company.
Our retreat will be held in the region of Trentino Alto-Adige, in the small village of Brentonico where Angela’s lives today.
This magical part of Italy is 45 min north of Verona, 2 hours from the Dolomites, 2.5 from Venice, 3 from Milan, and 5 hours from both Zurich Switzerland & Salzburg Austria.
Accomodations
”I think there is no way to accurately describe just how magical the town and villa actually are.” — Jeanine Polizzi, ‘23 Retreat Attendee
You will stay in a rustic Villa owned and operated by a mother-daughter duo who, for over twenty years, have used local elements and organic materials to create a true holiday home. The Villa is surrounded by rich history, sitting between an eighteenth-century Palazzo and the local Church and overlooks a Renaissance botanical garden. Every corner of this unique home has a story.
Wake to the sounds of church bells and the smell of honeysuckle before enjoying your homemade breakfast and locally sourced coffee and juice.
Each room within the Villa is one-of-a-kind and has its own charm and features. There are two different tiers of tuition types offered for both singles and doubles - regular and deluxe.
Regular rooms are smaller and more quaint, but are still darling and cozy, these are perfect for a single traveler or close friends / partners who don’t mind being a little intimate. Each regular room has one European double bed (think Queen-sized), with the exception of one room that has two singles — perfect for two friends rooming together.
Deluxe rooms are more spacious than regular rooms, have kitchenettes, and balcony access from the room with 5-star views. These rooms are ideal for single travelers and couples/friends wanting a higher tier accommodation with space to spread out. All rooms have a European double bed with a few also including a single bed, perfect for friends who want to have their own beds and space.
What our past participants had to say about the Villa…
“The Villa was marvelous! The owner, Monica, is truly special and made a great impact on my retreat experience.”
“The food at the villa was incredible and the gardens and views were outstanding. The rooms were great and comfortable!”
“The Villa was so special. Absolutely loved that it was just our retreat goers. Made it very intimate.”
“I loved the location, the delicious breakfast rituals and the beautiful rustic scenery & vibe. Would be remiss not to mention Mara’s stellar cooking. Felt like home by the end.”
The Coaching Experience
Angela Parker is known for her empathy, intuition, directness, humor, and ability to thread the tiniest, most impactful details into all her sessions.
On this retreat, you will have the exclusive opportunity to deeply explore yourself through one-of-a-kind daily coaching experiences with Angela. From slow, cozy sessions at the Villa to expansive outdoor sessions on top of a mountain, you will experience life-changing coaching moments to support you and your nervous system and create real change.
Coaching sessions will be paired with special surprise activities that work in tandem with the coaching to create deep impact and allow you to integrate the new discoveries that emerge.
“Angela was an incredible and intuitive retreat leader and coach. The in-person coaching value is the ability to be within someone's energy and space without the barrier of the screen. There is more vulnerability.
The experience in Italy was one of deep connection, deep reflection, true transformation with a side of incredible food and wine.
— Jeanine Polizzi, Past Retreat Attendee
“It's amazing to me that Angela’s coaching is so natural. Like she just lives it – and a by product is that those around her are inspired to grow and move forward without the baggage of the past.
I went to Italy seeking rest and restoration, but got WAY more than I ever expected.
— Brandon Bayer, Past Retreat Attendee
“I LOVE Angela's coaching style! She gets right to the heart of a matter with such respect and support. You can feel the love pouring from her and miracles happen. It's Magic.
In-person coaching is so much more impactful! It allows you to feel the energy not only from Angela but the entire group. It changes you!”
— Michele McRae, Past Retreat Attendee

Testimonials
“I LOVE Angela's coaching style! She gets right to the heart of a matter with such respect and support. You can feel the love pouring from her and miracles happen. It's Magic.
Angela's Italy retreat taught me that I can handle anything and to trust my instincts. It transformed my relationship to fear and anxiety. It was truly life changing and affirming.”
— Michele McRae (Singer / Actor / Entrepreneur / Fundraiser)
“I can't say enough good things about this retreat — the relationships I made and deepened mean so much to me, and being invited to step away from my life and experience something so deep and healing was exactly what I needed.
Angela did such a good job of holding space, and of pointing out that we can be curious about whatever comes up, instead of judging thoughts or feelings as good or bad. ‘Use whatever comes’ became a very powerful guiding principle for the whole retreat.
Coaching in person was more impactful because it's so much harder to "hide". Having to look people in the eye and admit what I wanted to release made admitting it to MYSELF much more real. And coaching at the retreat let me sit with the results of what came doing the coaching; I couldn't just leave a Zoom call and slip back into my regular life.”
— D.J. Jacobson (Author / Technologist)
“Angela is truly one of the most gifted and intuitive coaches. I would highly recommend anything that she offers. The experience in Italy was one of deep connection, deep reflection, true transformation with a side of incredible food and wine.”
— Jeanine Polizzi (Marketing + Branding Expert / Educator)
“This retreat was a life-changing experience that brought me some profound realizations. Angela's approach to coaching is exceptional. She navigates each coaching session with immense care and patience, creating an environment of understanding and growth. What I particularly admired was her active listening skills; she was fully engaged with each one of us, showing her genuine interest in our individual journeys.
Angela's supportive presence is palpable and her attentiveness to the energy dynamics is always spot-on. She possesses a keen sense of observation which, combined with her ability to ask insightful questions, enables her to guide people effectively through their coaching journey.
In my view, Angela's talents go beyond coaching - she truly has a gift. Her work is not only beneficial but transformative. She is an inspiration to us all and an epitome of what a great coach should be.”
— Rebecca Courtney (Facilitation Coach / Workshop Facilitator)
“I went to Italy seeking rest and restoration, but got WAY more than I ever expected. I got all the rest and restoration, but also a really incredible human experience where our small group felt like loving siblings at the end of the week.”
— Brandon Bayer (CEO / Flightcontrol, Pilot)
