Movement empowers you to quiet the mind’s inner dialogue, access your inner wisdom and intuition, get physically stronger, and feel more intellectually fortified.

So it shouldn’t come as a surprise that nurturing your physical body will also enhance your mental health.

My movement sessions combine ballet-inspired yoga, slow + intense + fluid strength training, low impact dance-based cardio, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and nature-based movement routines. Our work together will help you feel mentally and physically stronger, more focused, and ready to take powerful steps towards making your dreams your reality.

Aspects of these movement sessions include:

  • Signature ballet-inspired yoga routines: these are different from traditional yoga and will help you feel fluid, creative, and elegant. You will learn the art of surrender, allowing your postures to guide and support you while you totally let go.
  • Slow + intense strength training exercises: this balanced combination will help you build confidence in what your body can do, heighten your awareness, and calm your nervous system. You will use your breath to focus your mind as I ask you to close your eyes, feel, and connect to the exact spot in your body we are targeting.
  • HIIT + plyometrics routines: these are key to physically condition your body so it has the stamina and focus needed to withstand the frenetic pace of modern life — deadlines, missed flights, product launches, and maintaining order at home. These exercises will help you develop a resilient physique and a focused mind.
  • Nature-based movements: a routine designed to relieve stress and anxiety, restore serenity, and connect to your inner peace, while simultaneously re-igniting your creativity, imagination, wonder, and hope.

In addition, we will use foam rollers to release tension, tightness, and “sticky” spots in your body. These exercises will also increase your concentration and encourage you to release what’s not serving you.
